The Maven family of brands was born from the bold vision of our founder, Whitney.
Whit’s journey into the beauty industry began when her tweenager-self discovered YouTube, quickly mastering smokey eye tutorials and intricate braids - she became the trusted beauty guru for her friends and family. Her passion naturally led her to enroll in cosmetology school, earning her license at just 17. This accomplishment jump-started her career at a prestigious commission salon, where she spent four years refining her craft and building a loyal clientele. In early 2019, Whit took a bold step and launched “Foiled Studio,” her own salon. Rapid growth and valuable lessons learned over three short years inspired her to elevate the salon experience further.
This expertise and vision led her to create Maven Fort Worth Hair Company, a sustainable luxury salon dedicated to redefining industry standards.
